The Soraa SNAP 2-inch Flat Top 36° x 36° reshapes a narrow-spot Soraa beam into an even square pool of light from center to edge. With 90% lumen transmissivity, the lens preserves nearly all of the lamp's output while eliminating the bright hot-spot that causes video camera saturation. That makes it a strong fit for critical video surveillance, broadcast sets, retail merchandising, and any application that needs uniform field illumination across a defined square area. The 50 mm diameter, 2 mm-thick lens snaps onto any narrow-spot Soraa lamp via the self-centering magnetic interconnect with a 0.45 lb-F holding force, and stacks with other SNAP accessories.
